2,500 SERVED THROUGH SENIOR OUTREACH SINCE 1998
Holzer Long Term and Home Care Division includes:
Holzer Senior Outreach, Holzer Extra Care, Holzer Home Care,
Holzer Hospice, Holzer Senior Care Center,
Holzer Assisted Living – Gallipolis and Holzer Assisted Living – Jackson
