In this week's on-air "At the Capitol" segment, WV Del. Meshea Poore (D-Kanawha) talks about her recent political trip to India and Pakistan.

This week, we're going overseas as West Virginia Del. Meshea Poore (D-Kanawha) shares her experiences on her political trip to India and Pakistan. We discussed America's role in the two countries as well as what their leaders are looking to learn from West Virginia.

On Wednesday, I talked with Senate President Earl Ray Tomblin (D), who is acting as governor, for his first sit-down interview since the primary. We aired a story about that last night. But, in this week's "At the Captiol," we have more from Tomblin about the recent fight over redistricting in the House of Delegates.

Finally, you'll see a quick breakdown of some interesting polls in Ohio. What are voters' attitudes toward Gov. John Kasich (R) and U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D)?
