Talk about a serious workout. This week we are "on the move" at Firebreather Fitness. It's a Crossfit hotspot that has a very dedicated following. This is an awesome and INTENSE workout that is different every day and will produce results.

  Firebreather Fitness is in the Meeks Plaza on Teays Valley Road in the St.Alban\Scott Depot area. They have several classes a day including an "Operation: Little Black Dress" class on Saturday mornings. They also offer "Crossfit Kids" classes.
