A select few have the privilege our sports director has. Keith Morehouse votes for the top three college football players in the country to help decide who will earn the Heisman Trophy each year. This year is no different. Keith waited until the final weekend to make up his mind, so it's no surprise he went with the players who capped off amazing seasons with a great finish. All three players' teams lost Saturday, but each distinguished themselves in their respective championship games. 1. C.J. Spiller, Clemson: 4 touchdowns and 233 yards on 20 carries & 3 kick returns for 63 yards against Georgia Tech The deadline to vote online was 5 p.m. Keith voted at 4:40 p.m. An hour and a half after Keith's vote was submitted, the finalists were announced (Keith got one out of his three invited): Colt McCoy, Tim Tebow, Mark Ingram, Toby Gerhart and Ndamukong Suh. The Heisman Trophy presentation is Saturday, Dec. 12, in New York City. Who do you think deserves the Heisman? |
