HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Bobbi Jo is only 8, but life already has thrown her plenty of curves.
Yet, this bright little girl still seems to shine. Bobbi Jo is a young lady of very few words. But you only need to see her glowing face and beautiful smile to know this young lady is special.
Bobbi Jo, our most recent "Carrie's Kid," hopes you'll make the call to bring her home and give her a forever family.
Here is a discussion between Bobbi Jo and WSAZ.com's Carrie Cline:
Carrie: What do you like to do for fun, Bobbi Jo?
Bobbi Jo: Ride on zebras.
Carrie: Do you like school? Do you like to read?
Bobbi Jo: Yes
Carrie: What do you think about (Camden Park)?
Bobbi Jo: It's awesome.
Carrie: Are you having fun?
Bobbi Jo: Yes
Carrie: What is your favorite food?
Bobbi Jo: Cake
Carrie: I love cake, too. (Carrie and Bobbi Jo exchange a high-five)
Carrie: Do you like it when the teacher reads to you?
Bobbi Jo: Yes
Bobbi Jo also loves to play. While at Camden Park, she interacted well with the other kids there. But she is a little girl who needs lots of attention.
She's also a girly girl who loves to play princess, dress up and make believe. She likes the outdoors and recently learned to fish.
Bobbi Jo opened up her heart very quickly and is full of such joy. If you'd like to learn more about her, you can talk to someone right away. The folks at Mission West Virginia are ready to answer all of your questions about Bobbi Jo. Just call 866-225-5698.
