UC Names Interim Dean of Pharmacy School

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The University of Charleston's School of Pharmacy has a new leader.

Dr. Michelle Easton has been named interim dean of the school. She will start August 1.

Dr. Easton replaces Dr. Richard Stull. He resigned last month to take a position at Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina.

Dr. Easton is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and doctorate of Pharmacy Degrees from Xavier University of Louisiana.

No word on when the university hopes to name a permanent dean.
