CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Former employees of DialAmerica will get some help finding a new job.

DialAmerica abruptly closed earlier this month leaving more than a hundred people without a job.

WORKFORCE West Virginia is sponsoring two meetings Tuesday at the Construction Works of West Virginia building, 600 Leon Sullivan Way. That's located next to the Capitol Market in Charleston.

Representatives from the State Dislocated Worker Unit, Consumer Credit Counseling Service and other agencies will provide information at the meetings.

The first meeting starts at 9 a.m. for individuals with last names beginning with A through M. The next meeting starts at 1:30 p.m. for individuals with last names beginning with N through Z.

According to a press release, unemployment claims will not be processed at the meetings. Employees who still need to file should contact their local WORKFORCE West Virginia Office at (800) 252-JOBS.

DialAmerica is one of the biggest telemarketing firms in the nation.
