CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The emergency plan for Kanawha and Putnam counties is up for citizen review Thursday night.

The Kanawha Putnam Emergency Planning Committee (KPEPC) is holding a public hearing at 7 p.m. at the Kanawha County Commission Courtroom.

People are welcome to come read the plan and offer suggestions.

The committee also wants to see what you think of some proposed changes to the plan, some of which were made after the explosion at the Bayer CropScience plant in Institute.
