CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The special legislative session at the Capitol will head into a fourth day.
The House and Senate will head back to work Friday to vote on a bill that would put a cap on how much the gas tax can go up or down when fuel prices rise and fall.
State leaders say the bill would help stabilize the road fund which was hurt after a freeze was put on the tax in 2006 and in 2009.
The road fund pays for most of the maintenance that is done on state roads.
