Boil Water Advisory Lifted For Parts of Ashland

ASHLAND,Ky. (WSAZ) -- A boil water advisory has been lifted for parts of Ashland. The advisory was issued last week after a water main break.

According to a news release from Ashland Water Works, the water main break has been repaired. The advisory was for folks who live in the Westwood and Route 5 area from Hoods Creek Pike to Little Garner Road.

Approximately 1,200 people were affected by the boil water advisory.
