Hometown Hero: Vic Grigoraci

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- FestivALL, the annual celebration of the arts that takes over Charleston early each summer, is possible thanks to many volunteers – but one man in particular deserves much of the credit.

Vic Grigoraci came up with the idea for FestivALL about eight years ago and took it to Mayor Danny Jones. The rest, as they say, was history.

Like most heroes, Grigoraci is humble – giving credit to the event’s hundreds of volunteers -- those who give up countless hours to bring it all together.
