Some pancake mix is under recall because it could be contaminated.

Quaker Oats has recalled a limited supply of Aunt Jemima pancake and waffle mixes because of a risk of Salmonella.

The recall includes original, original complete and buttermilk complete items, in two and five pound boxes.

The boxes have "best before" dates of February 8th through 16, 2009 stamped on them.

You can return the boxes to their point of purchase for a full refund.

Don't Trust Anyone... All these recalls are occuring because all the illegals are trying to kill us all. It is a terrost plot. Look at your doctors in this state from different countries getting people addicted to drugs and then they sell them, its out of control. It is a plot!I don't trust anyone that's why I'm always safe.

What is going on with all these recalls lately?

That is a nice little bit of useless information about the difference between classifications, you should use some of the time that you seem to have to much of to buy some pancake mix available at Walmart now open in Hurricane WV

Bev. WHAT ashamed? Have you not been listening? Most of the recalls for the last year have came from China. Ashamed, you should be.

What isn't or HASN'T been recalled? It's every day. I'm sure the grain came from China too just like the grain they sent here (as well as put into directly) that was in the pet food which killed so many beloved pets We don't grow or make ANYTHING anymore thanks to this wonderful "globalization" crap our gov't has gotten us into the last 20 yrs. (BOTH PARTIES). Even our poultry, beef, pork - EVERYTHING comes from China with only a little from us. What's the point in THAT? We ship OURS to them? Or else they ship tainted grain here which feeds them & they still kill us. China will take us without ever firing a shot. They're just killing us off physically AND they're killing off our economy. Well, our GOVERNMENT/CORPORATIONS are killing us off. AND we all know these huge conglomerates ARE our "government". One thing that got me about the recent beef recall. AFTER kids ate it, they said it wasn't "dangerous"? Then why recall it? CRAZY world. CRAZY country!

Salmonella is a genus, not a specie. So the "S" in Salmonella needs to be upper case in the story. Genus = uppercase. Specie = lowercase.

Who or what is causing all the recalls? Is this another result of people doing too many drugs and making mistakes? I'm glad they are recalling the bad products but it seems like every other week we here about this. Has USA gotten so negligent was every aspect of American life. I used to be proud to an American but lately I feel ashamed.
