I was preparing turkey in a deep fryer for my uncle once and the appliance exploded in my face. Most importantly, it craked my glasses and burnt my face and hair. I contacted the company and was told that the turkey contained internal gas that was ignited by the cookstove. Furthermore, the company was not responsible for what was put in the pot. It took me 6 years to heal from this injury, furthermore, it created a phobia about eating turkey. Now, I can look at a turkey and be frightned.
