UPDATE 5/31/17 @ 5:50 p.m.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Huntington police continue to look for the gunmen involved in a shooting near 14th Street and Fourth Avenue where more than a dozen shell casings were recovered.

Investigators said the victim named William Orlando Robinson was shot in both legs. He's a 35-year-old man from Huntington, who also goes by the name Gucci.

While he was released from the hospital Wednesday morning, he's not cooperating with police.

Seth Crabtree, the owner of The Hot Corner, shared the surveillance video with WSAZ.

“It's terrifying," he said.

The video shows a car pull up around 1:32 a.m. Several people are seen milling around and talking before a man pulls out a gun more than four minutes later.

He points it, then starts shooting a few seconds later.

One man, likely Robinson, is seen running around the corner and down Fourth Avenue.

Crabtree is amazed as the shooter casually walks around before walking off.

About 40 seconds later, when he's well off screen, the driver of the car apparently gets his gun and fires more shots, with the muzzle flashes lighting up the video, before speeding off.

Crabtree said a couple people involved came to his bar, but most people did not.

"It's just so frustrating because there's so many aspects of this business that you can't control," he said.

Zac Doss was working at the Jimmy John’s down the street. He said he heard the shots but thought they were fireworks. Then Robinson ran by, then came back when he saw the business was still open.

He was shot in both legs near the thigh.

He could have hardly come to a better place because Doss is a combat medic in the Army National Guard and a certified basic EMT. He helped Robinson until paramedics arrived.

But once he realized no major artery was hurt, he knew Robinson would be OK.

"I was nervous for him but also excited that I got to experience this and put what I've been training to do to use a little bit," Doss said.

Fatima Boukhemis heard the shots inside her home with her 9-year-old daughter nearby.

"It's scary,” she said. “It's any parent's nightmare."

She said she doesn't feel safe anymore downtown. A lifetime Huntington resident, she finished her degree at Marshall.

"Now it's time for me to go. It's time for me to move out of this place," she said.

Crabtree is glad for his security cameras but frustrated he has to deal with an issue he says has nothing to do with his business.

"I strive to have a place that's got a safe environment and then these guys try ruining for everybody by having a thing in the middle of the road," he said.

Police said Robinson is not cooperating, even telling officers he couldn't remember whose car he was in.

He's part of the Cabell County Day Report Center and had $2,200 cash in his possession.

Police have asked the state's Alcohol Beverage Control Administration to review the incident in connection with the Hot Corner's liquor license. A spokesman told WSAZ it’s too early to know if any action will be taken and couldn’t give a timeline for any proceedings.
