CROSS LANES, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Some students in Cross Lanes got a taste of what it's like to be on the campaign trail.
Cross Lanes Christian School hosted two mock political rallies with appearances by a faux-Governor Sarah Palin and faux-Senator Joe Biden.
The students dressed up just liked the candidates and even tried to pull off their accents.
In the school's poll, McCain had an overwhelming lead, but Biden tried to make up some ground with his speech Tuesday.

Our school is doing this to. I think it would be a great experience for young adults to go through the process and witness what its like.

This is tremendous! Congratulations to the fine History teacher (Mr. Phillips) who creatively put this together. This is education at its best.

This is child abuse at its worst! Call Child Protective Services at once! When did the school system allow the class room to become full of politics? Those poor kids are doomed. Children should not have politics thrown in their faces at school whether - Dem or Republican.
