ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (AP) -- In the Dillon household, nobody ever needs to ask the time.
The question is what clock to look at.
The St. Albans home has 51 clocks, many of which were made by homeowner Rick Dillion.
The 77-year-old has been in the clock making business since 1972, many of those years while working another job.
All of the clocks in the home are his. Some were gifts or antiques he refurbished. He made others _ like the tall grandfather clock that stands in the corner of his living room.
Rick ran a repair business, but when he decided to cancel his business license in 2000, he retired.
Now, Dillon is thinking about restarting his repair business. With gas prices constantly increasing and finances needing to be paid, he said he's considering reopening a shop out of his home. He filled out forms recently to renew his business license.
But expenses aren't the only things that are getting Rick back into clocks.
He says it gives him something to do.
