Saturday is the Chili Fest in the Gallipolis City Park. It starts at 12:00pm

The 10th annual Haunted Lake Trail will start Friday nite at Yatesville Lake Lawrence County Park in Lawrence County Ky. It will run Fri & Sat Oct 17 & 18. Fri and Sat. Oct. 24 & 25 and Friday Oct. 31st. Ticket sales will start at dark and run until 10p.m. The trail is the only drive thru haunt in the Tri State..which will be great for those with disabilities. Come on out and support the Lawrence County 4-H Council. Directions Take Rt. 23 to Rt. 32 at Louisa. Follow Rt. 32 approx 10 miles to Rt. 3219. Turn right on 3219 (same turn off as Yatesville Lake Campgroud) follow to the putt putt golf and turn right. Get ready for some Happy Haunting...

Circleville's Pumpkin Show is this weekend (Friday and Saturday). It is a great time for all with a parade, rides, games, crafts, food, etc. It gets bigger and bigger every year!

There will be a hog roast with live entertainment, a parade, cornhole tournament, and a auction beginning at Noon on October 25th at the Springfield Township Fire Department in Bidwell Ohio

I wish Charleston had more to do. The only things we have are at the Clay Center and it costs an arm and a leg to do anything there especially when you have 5 in your family. I would think the capital city would have more availible.
