FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - State health officials say Kentucky's supply of seasonal flu vaccine is dwindling, and there may not be enough to go around.
Health officials say most of the seasonal flu vaccine has already been given out.
State Public Health Commissioner Dr. William Hacker says in many cases the seasonal flu vaccine was distributed when it arrived. Hacker says more of the seasonal vaccine was produced this year, but not enough to meet increased demand.
But, Hacker says, there should still be some limited quantities that comes available.
Seasonal flu vaccine is different from the swine flu vaccine, which also has limited availability.
