CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Governor Joe Manchin rolled up his sleeve to receive the Swine Flu vaccination on Tuesday.
He said he wanted to remind West Virginians that another wave of Swine Flu is on the way and it's important to be vaccinated.
The flu shot clinic was held at 11:00 a.m. in the Governor's Reception Room.
The clinic was also open to state employees and lawmakers.
The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department offered a limited number of seasonal flu vaccines during that time.
The Governor talked about the importance of getting the shot as he and First Lady Gayle Manchin were vaccinated.
