I am very upset!! I have discovered that, once again, a Boil Water Advisory has been LIFTED for my area and I had NO IDEA that one had been ISSUED!!! I suggest that WV-American Water find a more efficient way of contacting the customers who are affected by an Advisory. Like most people, I am busy and don't have a lot of free time to watch the news or read the paper on a daily basis. In order to contact more customers, WV-Amer Water could activate a "Ring Down System" or send out e-mails. I wonder how many people have become ill due to drinking contaminated water, *because they were not properly notified), only to think that they have a stomach virus? I can see a HUGE Class Action Law Suit in the NEAR future!!
