Barboursville Park-N-Ride Opens Monday
The newly completed facility will have parking spots for about 85 vehicles, including four dedicated handicap spaces.

BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- State highway officials say the new park-n-ride near the Huntington Mall opens Monday, August 16.
The newly completed facility will have parking spots for about 85 vehicles, including four dedicated handicap spaces.
It is located on Mall Road next to the Sheets Convenience Store.
Also, starting Monday, the Tri-State Transit Authority will use this new park-n-ride as a pickup point for its Intelligent Transit bus route that makes daily trips between Huntington and Charleston.
The current TTA Barboursville location at the Western Regional Jail will no longer be used as a pick-up point.
