New General Manager Named at Big Sandy Superstore Arena
SMG has named Brian Sipe the new General Manager for the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington, W.Va.

Huntington, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- SMG has named Brian Sipe the new General Manager for the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington, W.Va.
Sipe will begin duties on Monday, August 30. He replaces A.J. Boleski, who announced his transfer to Wichita, KS on July 8.
Sipe is currently the Booking and Box Office Manager at the SMG managed Sovereign Center and Sovereign Performing Arts Center in Reading, PA.
Before that, he was the Ticketing Manager at the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, New Jersey.
“Brian is a young professional with experience and vision beyond his years. SMG is delighted with his appointment and we are confident his leadership skills will be an asset in Huntington” said Sandie Aaron, SMG Regional Vice President.
Sipe is a native of Hershey, PA, with Bachelor’s Degrees in Business & Communications from Elizabethtown College.
“I am very excited about this opportunity and moving to Huntington,” said Sipe.
SMG has managed the 7,800 seat Arena and Conference Center for the City of Huntington since 2000. In addition SMG also coordinates the event programming at the Harris River Park.
