OU Team Hoping to Prevent Emergency Vehicle Accidents with New Study

ATHENS, Ohio (WSAZ) – An Ohio University research team hopes a new study will help prevent accidents involving emergency vehicle.

They will look at colors, reflective stripes, logos and lighting. They hope to determine the most effective combination for the visibility of the vehicles.

The researchers are getting $245,000 from the Department of Justice for the study.
