On a day where most of us take time to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., one Kanawha County community is dealing with the message of hate.
Some people in Nitro found recruitment papers for the Ku Klux Klan on their front porch on Sunday morning. Those who received the fliers say they're upset the group would target their neighborhood.
"It's very shocking when you come outside, you expect a newspaper on your steps, not something like that,” Tracy Hancock of Nitro said.
According to the papers, this KKK group is based out of Marion, Ohio. Nitro police are investigating.

The Klan in general has become distorted due to the media bias that has accured for so long. Granted, the Klan has in the past tried to stop blacks from voting, killed and harrassed in the past, but todays Klan has has changed from times past. Always, you will find someone from some sort of group that is a bad seed that will help tarnish the image of that group for an extended time, but the new Klan is teaching white pride and white culture, no differently than naacp or February being black history month. Everyone knows that white on black violence accurred in the last hundred years plus, but if you look at national data reports you will see that blacks are overwhelmingly creating more violence than any other race, against themselves as well as other races. Be proud of who you are, what race you are, even if that means you are white!

Maybe you have heard of Freedom of Speech? You don't have to agree with it, but it is just as much their right to express their views, as it is your right to accept or disregard those views. Why is it that Blacks and Hispanics can have mobs of out-of-control groups in the streets, yet none of you Newscasters feel "threatened" by them? And the majority of them are Criminals, or ex-Convicts. Yet, you wet your pants when a group like the Klan leaves some political flyers on the front steps of some Neighborhood. It can only be considered "Racist" if a White person does something, even benignly, that the Liberal Media doesn't like. Blacks and Hispanics can riot, and burn down whole cities, but the Liberal Media is quick to forgive and forget that. Which do you think is more dangerous to the U.S., the Ku Klux Klan, or the street gang, MS-13? The truth may surprise you.
