CATLETTSBURG, Ky (WSAZ)--The man some have called the “Duct Tape Bandit” is competent to stand trial.
That is the ruling from Boyd County Judge.
Back in November, Kasey Kazee's trial was postponed so he could get a psychiatric examination.
A psychiatrist told the court Tuesday that Kazee was capable of understanding the charges against him.
Police say Kazee robbed Shamrock Liquors in Ashland back in August with his head wrapped in duct tape.
He faces first-degree robbery and second-degree persistent felony offender charges. Kazee says he not guilty.
Kazee’s trial is now scheduled for May 12.

THERE IS A SAYING "DUCT TAPE IS LIKE THE FORCE IT HAS A LIGHT SIDE AND DARK SIDE AND HOLDS THE UNIVERSE TOGETHER" but its not good for your face ..roflmbo
