Sex Abuse Arrest
Police say a 87 year old man in Athens County raped a nine year old boy.

ATHENS, OH (WSAZ) -- Police say a 87 year old man in Athens County raped a nine year old boy.
Police arrested Duard Mohney in Nelsonville, for having sexual contact with the boy.
The boy was visiting a relative at the same apartment building where Mohney lives.
He's now been charged with first degree rape.
Mohney's been released on a one hundred thousand dollar bond.

Are you kidding me??? A child was mad over halloween candy so he made up this lie... yeah, thats much more believable than the EVIDENCE they have of this little boy being raped. If he is charged with first degree rape, they had to do a physical exam of the little boy :(

This is not shocking to me. Look around the world is getting worse each day! Some people said they found this hard to believe. Why? Because he's an 87 year old man and you would think a 87 year old wouldn't do such things? Perhaps if he was 47 you would think other wise! There is alot of sick people out there so don't go around classifying people just because of their age. If they have it in their mind to do it they are going to do it, regardless of age! I feel so sorry for the little boy, I mean it would be like his grandpaw someone older, that a child would trust. Insted he had that trust ripped away from him! He will have to deal with this for the rest of his life! I hope the man gets what he should after doing this! And I'll pray for him because hes going to need it!!!

let the police,do there job and get all the facts,if hes guilty than he will do the time.
