Hurricane High School Bullies
|
|
Font Size:
By now, you've seen the video of a Florida teen severely beaten by several girls.
Two girls from Hurricane High School fear the same could happen to them.
The girls say they've been threatened and verbally abused.
Their parents say they've complained to the administrators, but nothing was done.
Last Friday, one of the girls claims her head was smashed against a wall.
The school's vice principal one girl has been suspended for three days.
The parents took their complaints to the Putnam County School Board, who plan to investigate the situation.

As a former student of Hurricane High, I know that what these girls are saying is true. If the person that should be in trouble is in sports or their family has money nothing is ever done to them. When I was there (not very long ago) all of the students knew that drug deals were happening all over the school, often times in front of faculty members, who did NOTHING to stop it. That school has the problems it has because administration turns their heads and will not listen to the students or speak up for what's right!

The old clice "boys will be boys", let them fight it out. Another example, of a bunch of parents, over reacting, and trying to over protect, their little babies. Let the kids work it out, for christ sake. Keep on fighting their battles for them, and they won't have a freaking clue, when they have a problem to solve for themselves, and mommy isn't there to tell little tit baby what to do. When you make kids little robot wussies, and make them suppress all their anger, they eventually pop a casket, and end up going to school with a gun. When they were allowed to fight their own battles, and work things out, you ended up with well adjusted kid.

Hurricane is not a bad school at all. This happens at all schools around the world I dont care where it is. Hurricane has had a bad past with things such as this and bomb threats, but must I say Hurricane is one of the most highest ranked accidemic schools in West Virginia. Just because of a fight that happens every where, every day people have to make a big deal out of it and make a good school, look bad. Get a life.
