ASHLAND, Ky. (AP) - Chelsea Clinton made a campaign stop for her mother in Ashland, KY Monday morning.

Chelsea Clinton attended the opening of Hillary Clinton's campaign headquarters on Winchester Avenue.

It's the latest in a number of appearances by Chelsea Clinton ahead of Kentucky's primary on May 20.

Though Hillary Clinton's campaign has struggled in recent weeks, she has vowed to fight on. Chelsea Clinton said during an event in Frankfort last week that her family will continue to work hard in an effort to mount a comeback against Democratic rival Barack Obama.

Hillary is the only prayer of a chance America stands in the future to come! Obama does not respect our AMERICAN FLAG, nor will He say THE PLEDGE TO OUR AMERICAN FLAG, for which HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF MEN AND WOMEN GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR SO THAT WE AMERICANS COULD REMAIN FREE TODAY. America needs to wake up and see OBAMA FOR WHAT HE REALLY IS!!!! A MUSLIM NOT AN AMERICAN TO BE IN THE WHITE HOUSE EVER11111

I hope Hillary gets it, We are all aboard!

I will only vote for Hillary - We don't need 4 more years of the same. We don't need a person with Muslim background, his wife doesn't respect or love America. his pastor hates America, his friend stomped the American Flag. It doesn't matter his color, but the above things do matter. The "change" he wants to give us, might not be the change we want and need.

Give it up. Hillary has lost she is just to self centered to accept it. If bill was running again I would be on board but that can't happen. The Democrat party will suffer bad after this election and that is a shame... The fallout of this election will heard around the world. We just have to choose the best of the two evils and hope for the best.

I attended the event in Ashland this morning and was impressed. The crowd, considering the weather and short notice, was great. Chelsea did great job. I can't get my mind off Ky Lt Governor Mongiardo and WV senator Jay Rockefeller. When the overwhelming majority of your constituents, those who elected you, support a particular candidate, why would you endorse the opponent? One has to wonder if they care what our opinion is. I shall remember when it comes time for re-election!

When's a presidential candidate going to come to Louisa?

Posted by: Charlie on May 12, 2008 at 10:59 AM
As of 10:40 mon. morning 58.4 % of the people who voted in the online poll said they will be voting republican. What is wrong with the voting public? Do you think we should be in Iraq having our brave soldiers die in a war that was fabricated by lies & that is only benefiting the super rich from money Bush is borrowing from China that our children's children will be burdened with being taxed to death trying to pay back? Do you like the way things are going in this country with the out of site gas & food prices? People being forced out of their homes. The Constitution being riped apart our rights being violated , torture ? Well if you vote republican this fall you better like it. Because John McCain has already said he plans to stay the course. I don't understand Bush's approval ratings being so low yet some people want more of it. It don't make any sense. The republican party is counting on people like you I hope you wake up in time to disappoint them. Unbelievable!
