HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ)-- A Wayne County school bus driver has been arrested on fraud charges.

The West Virginia State Police say they arrested Billy Russell on Thursday.

According to a State Police press release, the criminal complaint says that Russell used a Board of Education credit card to purchase gasoline, quarts of oil and cigarettes.

The amount of the combined purchases exceeds $1000.00.

Russell has been charged with Fraudulent Schemes, a felony. He was released on bond.

I'll bet he is not the only one using the cards! They most likely get used all over the counties in different positions for more than gas,oil & cir.!
