HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- State Police say two people accused of stealing credit cards and checks from a car have spent thousands of dollars at local stores.
Now, troopers need your help to identify them.
Investigators tell WSAZ.com that the man and woman you see in the pictures below broke into a woman's car at the Timberlake subdivision in Barboursville and took checks and credit cards.
The suspects used them to buy several thousand dollars worth of goods at the Huntington Mall, three different Wal-Mart stores, and various gas stations, according to state police.
They're believed to be driving a blue Chevy car. The woman has tattoos all the way down her right arm.
If you have any information, call the West Virginia State Police in Huntington at (304) 528-5555.

As manys thefts as we have had, these stores should be taking extra time to check I.D.s and doing their jobs to protect (us) customers.
Well why are these stores not checking ID? When I use a credit card or write a check I'm usually asked for ID and if not then I point it out to them that they failed to ask me.
