HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Two more drug dealers are off the streets in Huntington after police found them dealing heroin.
The suspects said they did not deal the drug, but police have a different opinion about the sales experience of Marc Chavez and Raven Nicole Eddy.
The couple, from Columbus, was picked up last night in an apartment in the 11 hundred block of Ninth Avenue.
Officers say they found 10 small plastic bags of heroin that sell for 50 bucks a hit, plus more than a thousand dollars cash.
It was the second heroin bust of Wednesday in Huntington and more arrests are expected to follow.
The bust followed a lengthy investigation by the Huntington Drug and Vice Unit and Violent Crimes Task Force. They weren't alone either. The DEA, FBI and State Police were also part of the raids.
Huntington Police say they're concerned, because it appears heroin has replaced crack as the drug of choice in the city.

To Annnonymous, the methadone clinic has nothing to do with this. i went to it for three years and if it wasnt for it i would probably be dead. people who use drugs and go there will get caught eventually. if you go there for the right reasons it can help, this i know for a fact. people who do drugs, if addicted, will find a way to get there fix at any cost. im glad my eyes was finally opened. only loved ones and you have to love yourself in order to get help. how can you like others if you dont even like yourself. i do believe the employees at the clinic dont treat recovering addicts good. its like everything else, money money money. get of the dope, open your eyes, and youll realize just how great life can be.
People are innocent until proven guilty. The whole story needs to be told and then judgement given. Know all the facts before judging. Lets put a little more of that effort into the child polesters and murders. Drug dealing is very wrong but with Bush in office people have to do whatever they can to make a living. These two young people have to answer to only one man and that is God!
Close down the methadone clinic in huntington and get rid of the junkies!
