ATHENS, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A man from Athens County, Ohio, is facing some pretty serious charges after police say he was having sex with a teenager.

Bradley Burchfield has been indicted by a Grand Jury on 31 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Police say Burchfield is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl at least once a month between December 2005 and June 2008.

If convicted, Burchfield could face up to 46 years in prison.
