JACKSON COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia State Troopers are looking for a man they say had marijuana, guns and stolen property at his Roane County home.
During a search of Jay Summerfield's home, troopers say they discovered 43 marijuana plants. The say the plants are worth more than 86,000 dollars. Investigators also found guns at his home. Police say Summerfield is not allowed to own guns because he has felony convictions in Ohio and Florida.
Jackson County, WV, sheriff's deputies say Jay Summerfield's brother, Jason Summerfield, is connected to thefts of heavy equipment from businesses and homes in Washington County, Ohio. Deputies say they found more than 50,000 dollars worth of stolen property at his home.
Jason Summerfield was arrested and charged on Thursday with four counts of possession of stolen property. He's being held at the South Central Regional Jail.
Jay Summerfield is still on the run, according to troopers. Contact the West Virginia State Police if you have any information about him.

To the ones who posted _the prison Look_ Billy Bob thorton_ I told you to keep an eye on the story..... JASON WAS FOUND INNOCENT TODAY.......... YOU ALL NEED A RECHECK OF YOUR LIVES. I'm Jason and Jay's SISTER~~ JOY L WELCH LPN-M-IV (I'M A NURSE, BUT I BET IF YOU SEEN ME ON THE STREET YOU WOULD NEVER GUESS BECUASE I'M JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, except I DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER).
Jason knew the items were on his property. someone asked him if he could store this property on his land because the company that he works for did not have room to store it. that doesnt meen that he knew it was stolen. The truth always comes out in the end.
Jason knew that the stuff was stolen. You dont just have all the tractors on your property and not think something wrong is going on. I feel for his family. Perhaps he just listened to the wrong person.. (jay).
