Man Pleads Guilty To Gambling Charges
A Pike County man has pleaded guilty to paying winners at his video poker parlor.

PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- An Eastern Kentucky man has pleaded guilty to paying winners at his video poker parlor.
State Police arrested Larry Adkins earlier this year after they say they found him paying players of his video poker games.
Adkins was charged with eight counts of promoting gambling. He pleaded guilty to those charges Friday.
Prosecutors recommended a sentence of one year probation. Adkins will be sentenced on October 10th.
