CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man was arrested over the weekend after officers say they found him with five grams of cocaine and almost $2,000 inside his house on Hendrix Avenue in Charleston.
Police in Charleston arrested Rashadd Goins late Saturday
night.
He's charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. He's in the South Central Regional Jail.

Okay, the drugs I understand but when was it a crime for a person to have money in their house?
