The sheriff says the person arrested is 27-year old Derrick Bailey of Columbus, Ohio. Bailey has been charged with complicity to commit aggravated robbery.

The sheriff say charges are not pending against the people who lived in the apartment where the shooting happened.
Last ngiht, we reported that two bystanders probably saved the man's life by stopping the bleeding.
