CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Charleston's new police cruisers could play a role in fighting crime.
The city just bought the department 12 new cruisers.
The new cars have different lights and the police department's website on the door. Each cruiser also has a laptop computer to make it easier to record and find information.
All of the new cruisers should be on the streets within the next few weeks.

Good news. Now if they could only come up with a little more money for Charleston's police officers that would really be GREAT news.
