PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- College students usually need a degree to earn some big money, but one Shawnee State student is reversing that trend.
Andrick Humphreys is $15 million richer after hitting the grand prize in the latest Mega Millions lotto drawing.
Humphreys bought the winning ticket from Tuesday night's drawing at Jeep Fuel in South Webster, Ohio.

Congratulations on your good luck Andrick. I suggest that you follow your heart when it comes to finishing your education. Generally it's a wise thing to have something to fall back on and quite an accomplishment. I don't know how old you are, but I can't think of a greater way of starting out in life. There are no guarantees to how long you are here, but you have enough to thoroughly enjoy yourself, set yourself up in a nice home/car/toy or 2, and to invest wisely. Of course you'll probably want to hook up your parents & siblings as well. Just remember that the $ doesn't constitute happiness or success. I do suggest that you invest some of it into something safe. Sorry to go on, but I am just so happy that someone in your position has been enabled to have the opportunities that you are presented with. Good Luck and Best Wishes.

The Ohio lottery permits big winners to remain out of the public eye by claiming the money through a blind trust. Congratulations to Andrick. Don't buy everything for everyone; save the money for your future.
