Kidnapping Suspects Surrender
Two people wanted in connection with a violent kidnapping and beating in Sissonville turned themselves in Friday night.

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Two people wanted in connection with a violent kidnapping and beating turned themselves in Friday night.
Edmond Payne and Savanna Lattea were arraigned in magistrate court. Both are charged with kidnapping and malicious wounding. Payne and Lattea are two of three people accused of beating and kidnapping a man at gunpoint Thursday night in Sissonville.

I cannot believe these people are out doing this kind of stuff. Life is too short to mess it up as young as she is. Is she with child?
