ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Gordon King, a man wanted in the weekend burglary of City National Bank in Ashland, Ky., was captured Tuesday evening, according to authorities.

Police tell us they received a tip around 6 p.m. Tuesday that King had checked in as a guest at the Ashland Plaza Hotel. When officers showed up at his suite, they found him trying to hide under the hot tub cover on the balcony.

King faces burglary charges after police said he took an undetermined amount of cash from City National Bank late Saturday afternoon after the bank had closed.

Police also have charged Sara Conley, a bank employee, with third-degree burglary.

To bad for Sara, I don't no how this all work's out but hopefully she can go back to school in or out of jail and maybe get a good job to get her life back on track. She is so job worthy and has worked hard in the past as a good employee with previous jobs. I hope this dosn't ruin her life forever.

Sara's court date is the 16th her friends should show for her support. Sara took the wrong path but I'm sure Gordon push her down that road and maybe threaten her to this point of no return

Any person that really needs money should get a job like the rest of the people that need money. If it was okay to steal everyone would do it. I think that this just shows how lazy and worthless Gordan really is, the girl should have known better. This will be on her criminal record for the rest of her life, she will be just like him because every time she applies for a job the employer will see this and she will not be hired. What a way to mess up your life. Gordan really likes going to jail, seeing that he just got out for stealing gas and is right back in there. To bad that our tax dollars are being wasted on such a worthless individual such as Gordan, and not being used to fix our streets.

And I believe he probably manipulated this girl but unless you are incapable of knowing right from wrong then she knew she shouldn't do it. My sister hung around Gordon for some time. I can tell you that he is big time trouble. He was just released from jail about two weeks ago for stealing gas in Ashland. I feel sorry for the girl because he probably talked her into it. When I first met him I thought he was very polite, but know I see the true him, and I am glad that my sister sees it now and does not hang with him any more.

Look, I aint just grow up in Ironton, I am from the city to. I know how it is in the city. I'm in Philly right now. I know Gorden, and Sara. Sara was never made to do nothin she didn't want to do. She was willing to do that. She was stupid for it, but that is her desicion. And Gorden, well I don't even know where to begin. He must just like to be locked up, cuz he has been in and out of jail since he has been 18. O and JUST ME said "growing up on the streets is not an excuse to go around doing what ever you want. Regardless of how anyone is raised they can tell the difference between right and wrong. He made a choice to do wrong. There are too many success stories about those who pull themselves up by the boot straps and make something of themselves. You know all of us have made mistakes in our life, Sara is loved very much by her family. It is affecting all of us, before you say anything just remember, you can teach your children to take the right path but when they don't you still love them, Sara has come from a very loving and good family, she made a bad choice and knows this. Just remember it could be you daughter or sister or friend. I love Sara dearly and will stick by her side. So for all of you big mouths, watch it because one day you may be eating your on words. I do believe that Gordan took advantage a young lady.

my heart goes out to sara's mom and dad. they are the ones that are truly suffering. to sara, i hope that you are turning your life around and can get past that guy or boy that does not care about you, a man that really loves you would have never asked you to do that. and to him, you are not too bright, you need to try to get an education while you are in prison and i hope that you will stay there for a long time.hopefully someone in there will take you for a rough ride in there. what goes around comes around!

Look Gorden is my dude. I grew up wit him, and did some dirt wit him. he needed da money and he has been and out of prison since he turned 18. he can't keep a job when he get's one, so my dude did wat he felt like he had to do, so stop hatin on him. And all yaw tryin to make it sound like Sara is one of the best ppl out there, when yaw know dat aint true. Yaw say yaw caouldn't see her doin any of that. I could. And yaw all right she wasn't his only lover. My dude played her like he did everybody eles. i hope they both get locked up for long time.love is no excuse for stealing or if they have any bad addictions.dont know either one prefer not too.few years ago lady took 30,000.00 from national city bank.she worked there all courts done was made her pay it back.no jail time not sure about probation.put them them both in jail dont let either cut any deals.

Most teachers deal with students who are exposed to/use more drugs and alcohol than any of the teachers. Since children spend more time with them, let's randomly drug test PARENTS, too!!!

I recently had a relative in the cardiac unit at Kings Daughters, in Ashland, and I was told that the nursing staff had been cut back and that no overtime was being given. This seems to be a drastic cut in patient care for a facility that spends thousands advertising that they are in the top 5% of cardiac hospitals in the country. I would be willing to wager that the Cleveland Clinic has not cut hours of those giving patient care.

I am probably one of their biggest critics due to having watch some of the bad side of the department for a long time. For example, I'm sure any parent would sacrifice their live for thier children. And several may give thier live to save their spouse. A few individuals may even do it for a close friend. But, I only know of 3 types of beings who will sacrifice thier lives for complete strangers; indeed even for people who hate them. The first would be our men and women in our armed forces. The second would be our law enforcement officers. And of course, third would be our Savior, Jesus Christ. Others are killed in the line of their employment, but not in order to save a complete stranger. Everytime a cop puts on his/her uniform, they can be a target for anyone upset about something. Even though it doesn't involve the cop personally, that very cop will give his life to save yours when a problem arises. We need to give our cops not only a wage, but a living wage and a great big THANKS.

I believe that all public safety workers should be drug tested but i also believe that they should be paid for the job that they do. Not many people understand what a public safty worker goes through. Would you put your life on the line for this kind of pay? Remember the saying that you get what you pay for. I see this in several new officers in my area. Don't get me wrong there are still very good officers in law enforcement. Something really needs to be done about the low pay for these jobs.

We are trusting our childrens education and our public safety to the very people that are some of the most underpaid profesions in the U.S.. If I could change this, I would. However, I do believe that these people should be randomly drug tested. I work in the construction industry and I have no problem being drug tested. I have nothing to hide. I also believe that any person who is intrusted with the safety of others should have nothing to hide. This includes plitical officials up to and including the president.
