School Bus Incident Under Investigation
The Kanawha County School system is investigating an incident involving students at John Adams Middle School.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The Kanawha County School system is investigating an incident involving students at John Adams Middle School.
Superintendent Ron Duerring tells WSAZ.com he doesn't want to go into specifics until he knows the truth because students' reputations are at stake.
However, Duerring did confirm that there was an incident on a bus and that the school system will get to the bottom of it.
The Vice Principal at John Adams Middle School says the Assistant Superintendent of Middle Schools was at the school Wednesday. Lois Greene says Melanie Vickers spoke with some students, their parents, and faculty, but he would not say what they discussed.
Duerring says he doesn't know how long the investigation will take.
