Kanawha River Missing Boater FoundWest Virginia State Police confirmed that they found the missing boater from last week in the Kanawha River.
State Police say the body they pulled from the Kanawha River near Malden is Charles Barden.
His body was found on Sunday.
Barden jumped out of a boat Thursday evening for a swim near Rand.
That's when police say he was overcome by the current and drowned.
His body washed up this weekend about a mile and a half from where he went missing.
