My comment was just a an observation. It has nothing to do with giving people a 2nd chance. Everybody makes mistakes. I lived in the Ashland, KY area for 6 years, so I still read KY news when I can. It just seems once a week we are reading about 1 or more escaped convicts in KY. One day an innocent person is going to get caught up in this. What is up? I really think the key is on the wall.

Watching the closest trailer parks for these 2 was like watching watering holes for animals. These people are given chances and they make their decisions cleary known.

The expense incurred by the state of Kentucky to re-capture these low-life scums should be paid by chores these two need to do while in prison. No release, no parole, no probation until they repay the cost of the search. With the economic situation we are all facing, its not fair to have us pay our hard-earned taxes to re-capture these maggots. Let them pay for it and in the process perhaps they will learn a valuable lesson and serve as an example to others.
