CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Gov. Joe Manchin says some familiar names in his administration will have new titles once he begins his second term next year.
Communications Director Lara Ramsburg will move up to the now-vacant post of director of policy. Ramsburg will help oversee the governor's policy proposals starting with the 2009 legislative session.
Press Secretary Matt Turner will succeed Ramsburg as communications director. Former press aide Sarah Payne Scarbro will return to the administration as press secretary. Scarbro had been on leave to coordinate Manchin's re-election campaign.
Manchin, a Democrat, won Nov. 4 with nearly 70 percent of the vote. His inauguration is Jan. 19.

He needs a NEW WVSP COLONEL. He really is no good for the state police. Need someone in there that will get rid of the good old boys and value the ones that really work.
The trouble with this one is, It's rotten in the core.
