After being closed a second time this summer, Dreamland Pool in Kenova, West Virginia, reopened Friday morning.
The Wayne County Health Department had concerns about low chlorine levels and cloudy water in the deep end.
Inspectors say the chlorine level is fine, it's now a question of murkiness and whether a lifeguard could see someone in trouble in the deep end.
That's why the deep end is closed, but the rest is open.
Kenova Mayor Trey Morrone says he knows the importance of keeping the pool open during the hot days of summer.
Dreamland's season ends August 20.
