CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - A bundle of new tax laws will take
effect in West Virginia in the new year, including some designed to
save businesses money and create jobs.
Some of the new rules bring West Virginia's regulations closer
into line with federal timetables, while others are designed to
help keep the state's business environment competitive.
State Tax Commissioner Christopher Morris says the business
franchise tax and the corporate net income tax rates are both being
lowered under the changes.
Businesses can also get tax credits for creating jobs that are
full-time, pay at least $32,000 and offer health benefits.
The new law offers credits of $3,000 per job, up to 10 jobs for
small businesses and up to 20 for larger employers.

However these people who are on Social Security that got to go file even though they generally dont file taxes and they got a check back they got free money basically. Where will their money be deducted off of? I thought this stimulus check was to help us from the government? Nope this was our money from the beginning sorta like and advancement. We just helped the government stay afloat that is all! What a big bunch of BS
