West Virginia's Gas Tax

West Virginians could soon be paying more to drive their cars and heat their homes. The state's fuel taxes could go up January first.

That's unless Governor Joe Manchin steps in like he did last year and asks the legislature to suspend the automatic tax increase.
Many experts say they don't believe that will happen because of funding problems in the Division of Highways.
