LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A man who was standing in his driveway got struck by a stray bullet Wednesday night.
The shooting happened just before 10 p.m. on State Route 650 outside Ironton.
Detectives tell WSAZ.com that Floyd McCann was shooting his gun and one of his bullets hit his neighbor Mark Robinson in the back.
Robinson was found face down in his driveway. He was conscious and taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital. He is listed in critical condition.
Detectives say McCann was on drugs when the shooting happened. They say both men were neighbors, but did not really know each other.
McCann is charged with felonious assault, probation violations and having weapons while under disability. He is a convicted felon.
McCann is expected to be arraigned today (Thursday).
