HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A Cabell County Grand Jury has indicted four people for three different murders
Steven Foster, Jr. and Rosemary Forney face murder, kidnapping, sexual assault and other charges in the death of Brenda Yeager
Yeager was murdered during a visit to Foster’s house in rural Cabell County back in August.
Steven Foster, Sr. was also indicted on charges of trying to help his son and Forney cover up the crime after Yeager’s body was found in a burned out car.
Robert Frazier was indicted for the murder of his girlfriend Kathryn Smith back in August.
It happened at his home on Richmond Street in the Guyandotte area of Huntington.
He was arrested a short time later at a nearby gas station.
At the time, investigators said that Frazier used a shot gun to kill Smith.
Neighbors said the two had a history of domestic violence.
Jerel Garner was indicted for the murder of former Marshall University football player Donte Newsome.
Newsome was gunned down in front of a Huntington nightclub in July.
Garner was also wounded during the altercation, but police have never said who shot him.
A total of 99 people were indicted on various charges.
