Middle School Drugs

A sixth grader from Madison Middle School faces charges for carrying a handful of prescription drugs to school.

Sheriff Rodney Miller says the 12 year old took some of the pills and was taken to the hospital, but is doing ok.

The student is now suspended from school and faces a drug charge. Investigators don't know where the boy got the pills, but students told investigators he was bragging about having them and tried to sell them.
